HEALTHY MUFFINS FOR YOUR FINICKY EATERS

Do you have a fussy eater at home? I have one and making her eat is like a tough task . This is one healthy recipe which my daughter likes a lot- WHEAT FLOUR CHOCOLATE MUFFINS. These muffins have wheat flour and are very healthy to eat.

Ingredients
Chocolate muffins
1 Cup is 240 ML

1. 1 Cup Wheat Flour

2. 3/4 Cup Sugar( I use brown sugar)

3. 1/2 teaspoon Baking Soda

4. 3 tablespoon Cocoa Powder

5. 1/4Cup Oil

6. 1 Cup Water

7. 1 tablespoon Vanilla Essence

8. 1/2 tablespoon Lemon Juice

Directions

1. Preheat the oven at 200 degree for 15 minutes

2. Oil the baking tray, I use muffin paper moulds so no oiling required 

3. Take wheat flour, cocoa powder baking soda together in one container- Dry Ingredients

4. Take sugar, water, oil, vanilla essence and lemon juice in other container. Mix it well- Wet Mixture

5. Mix dry ingredients with wet mixture. There should be no lumps.

6. Pour the batter in the moulds and bake for 20-25 minutes at 180 degree. Check in between. Once done check it with knife or toothpick, insert it in the muffin and it should come clean out.

The healthy breakfast is ready for your kids.
