EASY PEASY DESI PASTA FOR OUR NOT SO DESI KIDS 🤗😜

This recipe is  for Moms who are very bussy and kids who likes eating tasty treats. One of the easy recipe which is quick to cook with minimal ingredients. 

Let's note it:

Ingredients


1. 1 Cup Macroni Pasta

2. 4 tablespoon Ghee for cooking.

3. 1 large Onion- finely sliced

4. 3 Tamatoes- finely chopped

5. 3 tablespoon Coriander

6. Salt as per taste

7. Redchilli as per taste

8. 1/2 tablespoon turmeric

9. One tablespoon oil for boiling pasta.

Directions

1. Boil 4 cup water in  a large pan. Let the water bubble. Drop the pasta and boil for 8-10 minutes.

2. Drain the pasta and wash under running water. Spread on flat surface and toss in 1 tablespoon oil to prevent sticking.

3. Heat oil in frying pan and cook the onions till golden brown.

3. Add tamatoes, cook till becomes mashy.

4. Add spices and pasta. Stir it nicely and garnish with coriander. 

The healthy treat is ready for your kids.
